Chef Meagan has been busy in the kitchen. She has created some culinary delights we know you’ll love… especially if sea scallops are a favorite. These light, yet hearty, meals will make your belly happy.

We’ve got:

  • Scallop Carpaccio: red beetroot sorbet, raw sea scallop, lime supreme, red onion oil, cilantro, and sea salt.
  • Scallop Beurre Blanc with Brussels sprouts and butternut squash.
  • Sea Scallops & Grits: creamy organic stone ground grits, bacon, edamame, and brown butter.

And, of course, you can always add some seared sea scallops to any of our meals. They are especially nice with the Mean Green Salad (watercress, citrus vinaigrette, avocado, green apples, cucumber, edamame, scallions, sea salt, and cracked pepper.

Hurry in—this menu won’t be around for long (although we all know something equally amazing will replace it).

What pairs with sea scallops?

It is rosé season, and our selection goes with anything. We also have a range of white wines that are lovely with seafood. As always, Andy is happy to help you pick the perfect pairing.
